Post Placement Review

Following the conclusion of a campaign and an appointment being made, it is vital that the selected candidate is successfully integrated into the business. To assist in this, Appono can hold individual review sessions with both the client stakeholders and the candidate. These meetings will be scheduled for one, three and six months after the candidate start date and provide an excellent opportunity to monitor the integration and ensure that any minor problems are addressed prior to them escalating further. This has a clear impact on staff retention within the business.

In respect to our commitment to creating long term client partnerships, these meetings provide a good opportunity to further understand a client's business as well as allowing us to gain valuable feedback on our own service proposition and delivery.
