We achieve this through an honest and an objective approach, ensuring we build relationships with individuals who we firmly believe we can assist in meeting their career aspirations. It is through this that we avoid the creation of a database populated with candidates with whom we have little or no communication and the resulting label of a recruiter that 'over promises but under delivers'.
We recognise that recruitment is a people centric exercise and it is therefore vital that we are able to fully understand our candidates' motivations and expectations, alongside their experience and capability. We accomplish this through face to face meetings and agreed regular contact to build long term relationships with a candidate allowing us to respond to their evolving career aspirations."
